I pride myself on my shipping. I always try ship the day after payment is received. I don't ship on weekends or holidays. Your item will be shipped the very next available shipping day. Personal checks ship when cleared. I do not make money on shipping. It costs you what it costs me to ship. However, I do charge a very small handling fee for packing supplies that cannot come from a recycled source. Examples are tape, printed materials and special packing items. This charge ranges from $0.50 to $2.00 depending on item(s) ordered. Your item(s) will always be wrapped safely in a new plastic bag(s) and surrounded securely with appropriate clean recycled packing materials. I generally ship USPS unless prior arrangements have been made. Please note that all prices are in U.S Dollars. Shipping and Handling are not included.
For now I ship only to the US - I do not ship internationally or to anywhere a customs form is required (i.e. FPO or APO addresses)
All returns are subject to prior approval. If you would like to discuss returning an item, please email me at Baymom77@Aol.com to allow me an attempt at first resolving the issue. Please do not return an item without authorization. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. All returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. Return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
My Damage Policy
I take extra precautions to pack orders to prevent damage and breakage. I do not require you to purchase shipping insurance but it is highly recommended. If, despite my efforts, your order does arrive damaged in transit, please contact me immediately at Baymom77@aol.com The carrier you purchased shipping insurance from (UPS, Postal Service, etc) will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to me for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to me unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and I will not be able to give you a refund or store credit
